WEEE Ireland (the compliance scheme for battery and waste electrical and electronic recycling) have joined forces with the Children’s Sunshine Home incorporating Laura Lynn House, Ireland’s first children’s hospice, to give people the opportunity not only to help a charity out this Christmas, but to help the environment at the same time!
So remember – any old batteries from Christmas gifts etc., bring them into school after the holidays and they will be put to good use in our new waste battery recycling boxes.
