This morning we got AN ELF in the post! He came all the way from the North Pole in an envelope with a note from Santa and Mrs Claus. We decided to call him Elfis (after Elvis)! He will be staying with us until December 22nd and then we will return him to the North Pole. He can then tell Santa how everybody is getting on in St. Nicholas’ Parochial, Galway! …..We did get a warning though……Santa said that he may get up to mischief so we need to keep a watch each morning to make sure that everything is in order….
The photo shows us taking him to the church this morning for a rehearsal for our Carol Service. He was on his best behaviour!
