1st and 2nd Class will be going to the Town Hall Theatre on November 9th to cheer on one of their classmates who will have a short film featuring in the fleadh. More details to follow!

Ophelia didn’t stop us from going to Baboró after all! - A great trip to Tom Chapin in The Black Box Theatre this morning!  

5th and 6th Class really enjoyed their trip to see ‘Me, Sara’ in The Mick Lally Theatre and also the workshop ‘Planning Through Time’. Below are some photos of the events.

An amazing day was had by all at the Aquarium as part of Maths Week. There were groups dissecting squid……groups solving maths puzzles while others were experimenting with the geometry of soap bubbles! Lots and lots of fun was had! A big thank you to all who looked...

Park ‘n’ Stride is back in action again this year! We have had lots of interest so far – well done everybody! If you are interested in participating just let the class teacher know and we will get a form and car sticker to you as soon as possible....

Unfortunately The Galway Hurling Team and The Liam McCarthy Cup had to postpone their visit to the Galway City Schools today but they will be coming without a doubt in the very near future! Date to be confirmed……

Brenda who used to teach Mindfulness and Nature Movements at our school is now taking classes on Thursdays in Salthill. We loved our Friday classes with her. - Well worth checking out!

On Tuesday next the Liam McCarthy Cup along with some members of the Galway Hurling Team will be visiting our school! A momentous occasion for sure!! Photos to follow!
