We’ve been having lots of fun in Waterside After School. We made Ooblek which is a non-newtonian liquid. It can be both a solid and a liquid depending on how you treat it! All the children of all ages really enjoyed this very messy activity.
We made buildings out of apples and toothpicks, some buildings were 3 stories tall!
The bubble snakes were a huge hit. Using a yogurt carton, some fabric and some washing up liquid, the children learned they could blow through them and a giant bubble snake would come out the other end! #Creativity #Exploration #MessyPlay
