5th and 6th class were very lucky to have Brendan Smith and Gordon D’Arcy give a guided walk through Terryland Forest Park on Thursday last. They showed the children some ancient Ogham script, some rock carvings of animals that used to be native to Galway. They also talked about the flora and fauna of the area.
